Pre-screening process

Background checks are special types of reports that arise from the need to investigate certain situations and/or circumstances related to the parties, places, companies or institutions.

To be more specific, since you should always pay a high rate of attention or at least due diligence (at the very least) in the performance of daily obligations, this type of report responds directly to the needs just stated.

The purpose in requesting them could be to understand what is hidden in the past of a certain party, or behind the financial statements presented by a company. In other words, to understand, in the latter case, whether the company is really as solid as would be inferred from the financial statements presented, or whether, on the contrary, it presents serious problems that are not adequately mentioned in them.

By carrying out the right research and arriving at the right information, numerous connections can be made between people, companies, entities, associations and places, which, once implemented, allow us to get to know a great deal about a party or an entity, and consequently also about the people who represent it.

The focus of our agency may be on one simple aspect or on a multiplicity of them. In the case, for example, of a reputational background check, the needs underlying the request are to find out whether a party has failed to disclose that he or she has had problems with the justice system in the past, or in the case of an economic-financial background check, the needs underlying the request will be to receive information on the financial solidity of a company in order to find out whether the latter can be a valid business partner or with a view to the creation of a more ambitious project (joint venture, incorporation of a limited company or limited liability company).

The requirements to be met by the detective agency are not limited exclusively to the cases described above, but can be extended to encompass other, much broader and more articulated cases.
